Heather has been working for Pawville since 2018 and has shined through her customer service skills and compassion for animal care! She loves working with animals and getting to see them develop at all stages of their life. Heathers' attention to detail, and strong work ethic have made her a stand out leader at Pawville. When Heather isnt at work, Heather enjoys anything that will get her outside, including biking and the beach! Heather is accompanied at work often by her Pitty sidekick Coco Bean!

If you looked up “hardworking” in the dictionary, a picture of Jess would be right on the page. An animal lover to her core, coming from her farm life, Jess fit right in at our paw village! Jess is a shift supervisor and knows the p-ville way like the back of her hand. She thinks of all our furry guests as her own, and will go the extra mile every time to make sure they’re safe, secure and happy! Jess is joined at work by her partner in crime Creed, who is an adorable puppy that found his way into her heart from behind a dumpster. If you see Jess, and her welcoming smile at the front desk, don’t be afraid to say hi!

Starting out as lead daycare Michael learned how to make sure your dogs are having a great time while remaining safe in our daycare yard! Michael possess a natural ability to connect with our guests on a different level. After creating and maintaining great relationships with his peers and our clients, Micheal was an obvious choice for a shift supervisor position. His determination and integrity are welcomed assets to our leadership team.
