Cindy Womack brings more than 23 years of animal care and leadership experience to Pawville Winder. Her passion for animals began with horse rehabilitation and equine care, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to animal welfare, enrichment, and exceptional care. Before joining Pawville, Cindy served as Animal Care Manager for LifeLine Animal Project, where she oversaw animal welfare, sheltering, and boarding operations. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to creating safe, enriching environments for pets while building strong relationships with the people who love them. What drew Cindy to Pawville was its strong sense of community and dedication to treating every pet like family. She is passionate about ensuring each guest receives personalized care and that every pet parent feels confident and supported. When she’s not at Pawville, Cindy enjoys hiking, reading, birding, and kayaking—activities that keep her connected to nature and the animals she loves. Cindy is excited to be part of the Winder community and looks forward to getting to know every pet and pet parent who walks through Pawville’s doors.
