No, at all Pawville locations clients are welcome to drop off or pick up anytime during their locations open hours. For boarding clients, we do charge a late checkout fee after noon on the day of checkout if no bathing service or daycare is added on.
Yes! Please stop by anytime to take a tour of any of our villages. Just a heads up, if you do stop by before 9am or after 5pm your location may be experiencing heavier drop off and pick up traffic and you may be asked to wait.
No, you do not have to set up a new account to visit other Pawville's in our area. Client information and records are easily accessible at any Pawville location.
At Pawville, nail trims are $7.00 no matter what. No appointment necessary.
At Pawville, we require females over 6 months and males over a year to be fixed in order to play in group play. We understand that may not fit every pet's lifestyle, please inquire about day boarding, with our enrichment add-ons as there's something for every pet in our village.
Dogs that are actively in heat may be disqualified from checking in at their location for requested services.
A report card is a daily update sent to your email on file. This report card will include a few pictures and a message from your furry friend about how their day is going in our village! Clients receive one complimentary report card per day with each service, and for every add-on parents purchase, another report card is sent.

No, we do not require a card on file to book appointments/reservations.
For major holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, etc.) we require a $100 non-refundable deposit for boarding stays. This deposit comes off the price of boarding upon checkout.
