Stella joined the Pawville team in 2023 at our Scotts Hill location, where her dedication, leadership, and genuine love for pets quickly set her apart. Starting as a daycare team member, she grew into the role of Daycare Lead before stepping up to support another village in need at our Surf City location. Through her commitment to both pets and people, Stella continued to rise through the ranks and was promoted to General Manager in 2025. She leads with care, consistency, and a deep understanding of what it takes to create a safe, welcoming environment for every guest who walks through the doors. Outside of the village, Stella enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with friends—but at work, her focus is always on spoiling pets and supporting her team. Her journey is a true reflection of the growth opportunities and community-driven culture that define Pawville.
