Your dog will settle into a private townhome and even have the option to enjoy a private yard accessible through a doggie door. Each townhome is separately ventilated with a constant flow of purified air to create a healthy environment. Last of all, playtimes (with friends or alone) in the play yard are always complimentary for our boarding guests.
Let your companion spend the day with us to release some of that energy. Your dog will enjoy playtime with other dogs of similar size/temperament and will return home tired and happy. We believe there is no one way to train a dog. Dogs, much like people, learn tasks and desired behaviors in varying ways. As such, we adjust our approach and methodologies based upon the needs of your pet. Make sure to schedule an evaluation to meet our trainer and see how we can help with your training goals.
Our kitty townhomes are located in a private cats-only room that is insulated for sound to create a serene environment for our feline guests. Daily cleaning, attention, and love from our caring staff (as well as laser light shows) are always complimentary.
Our experienced and professional groomers are capable of providing a full range of grooming services ranging from beautiful poodle cuts to simple nail trims. We strive to make the grooming experience as comfortable as possible for every client and seek to establish a personal bond with each pet in our care. Most grooming appointments can be done within 3 hours from time of drop off.
Manager
Heather has been working for Pawville since 2018 and has shined through her customer service skills and compassion for animal care! She loves working with animals and getting to see them develop at all stages of their life. Outside of work, Heather enjoys anything that will get her outside, including biking and the beach! Heather is accompanied by her Pitty sidekick Coco Bean!
Shift Supervisor
Being in a military community, we never know who is going to walk through our door. We got super lucky when the USMC brought us Nevaeh. She immediately made the Carolina coast and our paw village her home away from home. She says animals are her therapy and make her happy, it’s like she’s not even at work when she’s here. In her free time, she enjoys finding shark teeth at the beach, going to the gym and sewing! She has two partners in crime that fuel her love for dogs from the homefront, Dood and Holly!
Shift Supervisor
Sam came to Pawville with animal care experience and lucky for us, she naturally displayed all of our company's core values. Her drive and sheer love for animals quickly propelled her to our leadership team. Sam says Pawville is her second family and she prides herself on how much love the entire staff has for all our furry clients and their owners! Outside of work Sam is a student at coastal carolina, she rides horses and loves to paint! Her furry family includes two dogs Luke and Max, and a bunny named Bella!
Shift Supervisor
Sarah is an Ohio native and before becoming a member at our paw village she was a motor transportation operator for the USMC. She quickly became a core member of our team! Sarah likes how easy it is to create deep connections with the clients and their animals. While Sarah is away from work she enjoys going to the gym, playing softball and taking relaxing walks with her family. Sarah has 3 dogs (Kai, Molly and Bailey), 3 cats (Boots, Olivia and Jessie) and Chickens that keep her busy at home!
Lead Kennel Attendant
Carlos initially worked at our North Shore location but transferred to Jacksonville Pawville in 2020. Carlos made himself an asset, through his patience and attention to detail in the daycare yard. From monitoring play groups to excelling as a pet care attendant, he has proven to be a versatile member of the team. Carlos takes pride in providing a loving, personalized experience for all of our guests. When Carlos isn’t at work or school , he loves to explore new places with his family and friends! Carlos has a german shepherd named Diesel who is pretty much his best friend!
Lead Daycare
As lead daycare Michael is who makes sure your dogs are having a great time while remaining safe in our daycare yard! Michael possess a natural ability to connect with our guests on a different level.
