Some groomers be so quick to just skin them bald. However she attempts to leave as much hair as possible! My dog looked so cute with no ear fur"

"I take my fur babies here to get their nails done because I don't have the heart to do it myself. They're always so nice and friendly and it's such a great atmosphere. They do the nails right then and there so I don't have to make reservations or come back in an hour to get them. I love that I don't need to make reservations and I can just call to come in for it. It's also amazing that they do military discount. Definitely recommending to everyone!!"

Pawville is awesome because they provide live steam cameras for the play yards so you can check in throughout the day. They also upload pics and report cards for each visit. "Our very first visit at Pawville was excellent! Rachel from the call center booked our grooming appointment and was extremely helpful. She’s the best! The front staff were very friendly. Kirstyn, our groomer took excellent care of our mini Australian shepherd, Tilly and gave her a much needed pampering. This was Tilly’s first grooming visit and she seemed very happy and comfortable with her time at Pawvillle. Tilly came out looking so fresh and clean and smelled like a sugar cookie. The kennel staff also took excellent care of our lab, Nelli! They gave her a bath, trimmed her nails, and cleaned her ears. Pawville will be our go to place from now on for all our grooming needs!"

"The Jax staff is incredibly friendly and communicative, and you can tell that they care about your pet. I think the prices are super reasonable, and you can buy multiple passes at a discounted rate. They even come and get your pup out of your car when you dropoff, making it quick and easy when you're on the way for work. Overall, Pawville has been a great experience for us. Our pup loves it, and it’s been great to get him socialized in a safe environment. Highly recommended!!"

"Staff are always so friendly and loving. I love the pictures and report cards. The grooming is also wonderful with my very difficult to groom girls. Most times we only get nails cut (but if you ask our girls, they are removing their toes!Lol) Last week we tried baths. We’ve never had a successful bath from groomers and have been told they can’t do my girls or even their nails at a few other places over the years. (Not from biting or aggressive behavior, they were just too panicked with the noises and such, and thankful to those places for admitting they just weren’t comfortable with it.)They even managed to bathe my one that is very terrified of all machine type sounds. They smelled so much better than the stinky wet dogs they were. This place really cares for what they do, and it truly shows!"

"I couldn’t say enough amazing things about the staff and facility here at Pawville Jacksonville. I recommend them to all of my friends and clients! Sakiko (Saki) absolutely loves to come for her weekly daycare! She gets so excited to see her human and furry friends and play her little border collie/lab heart out. I’ve boarded all three of my girls here and they all did very well, lm a very anxious dog mom but I feel no stress dropping my girls off here to be cared for. They get daily report cards and photos which are my favorite. If they’re in daycare you can watch on their cameras as well! I’ve had Saki get baths sometimes as I’m a busy pet groomer myself and they do an amazing job! Thank you all for always taking great care of my pups!"

"We had a great experience boarding our greyhound at Pawville! We especially appreciated the daily report cards, complete with photos and updates on how our pup was doing each day. One of the highlights was seeing pictures of our dog playing with another greyhound who was boarding at the same time. They looked like they were having the best time together!
